After last Friday’s Breakfast Special, I thought you might appreciate the photo my wife, Vicki, took of our son, Noah. At times, Noah makes smoothies for breakfast, blending, for example, oatmeal, yogurt and egg white with various fruits, vegetables and supporting seeds. On the morning of Vicki’s visit, Noah was reducing an overabundance of spinach, with challenging results.
