That’s not me in the photo, honest. By design, only the neighborhood deer, fox, rabbits and skunks watch me jog.
For this photo addendum, I merged a series of photos of my wife, Vicki, on one of her happy trail runs. (The original photos were taken by Kaplan Photography, Falls Church, Virginia.) Note the conventional running shoes.
